- Is responsible in conducting market research for identifying potential products, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, time-integrated plans for product introduction and developing marketing strategies.
- In charge of sales market and realize sales volume and profit targets, build and maintain regular contact with existing / potential customers and all the end user.
- Also involve with all aspects of product development, marketing and product pricing.
- Support sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability and to selling product.
- Provide weekly, monthly and yearly sales plan and call report to Sales Manager, Principle and Customer.
- Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trend to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation and create the business plans.
- Establish pricing strategies and guidlines for new product development.
- Promote and target the right market to achieve high volume and revenue with good margin to achieve the optimum result.
- Obtain market information to help the company identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
- Work with Sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
- Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportinuties.
- Conduct product training to Sales team.
- Assist in new product introduction and relase activities.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree ( S1).
- Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
- Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) is a must.
- Well proven excellent technical and interpersonal, presentation skill and have strong analytical capability (Competent and Excellent in Data, Pivot, IF, HLookup & VLookup Formula in Microsoft Excel).
- Having experienced minimum 3 years in Product / Data Specialist or Buyer in IT distributor (Hardware) / Principle / Business Partner is preferable ( IT Hardware Product, such as : Multi Functional Printer & Copier, Scanner, Notebook, Monitor, PC, CCTV & Security Product, AIDC Product (Printer & Scanner Barcode), POS & Peripheral Product, etc ).
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written (English Active) is a must.
- Able to communicate in mandarin is our priority.
- Computer skill is a must (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Outlook, Internet, etc).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, detail oriented focus and communication skills.
- Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware & Solution).
- Detail oriented and creative problem solving skills.
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
- Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya area.
